Tee, coffee or hot chocolate, bread, butter, jam, cheese and ham.
Have fun with plenty of energy!
The best you can do is to start with ham & eggs or scrambled eggs with bacon.
Soups
A hot soup is always a good choice. Regardless of which one you prefer. A classical clear soup with noodles, a tomato soup or a typical Tyrolean soup with dumplings of different kinds.
Small dishes
Great for light fare between meals.
Just take grilled sausages with french fries or a goulash soup. A cream of green pea soup with sausages will also taste very well.
For children
Ketchup with french fries...or better still french fries with Ketchup? To complete, there are chicken nuggets, small Wiener Schnitzel and grilled sausages to choose. There is also spaghetti, so it won't get boring.

Noodles will give you the energy you need! Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce, Penne Arrabiata oder Spagetti with meat sauce.
Salads
Salads are always in season! Please choose one of our salad creations or just a salad as a side dish.
Traditional dishes of Tyrol
We serve the Classics of Tyrol like Gröstl und Spätzle with cheese on proper style in an iron pan. A must to try!!!
Fresh trout
Out of the water directly from our fish tank and straight into the pan. Fresher is not possible.

Our pastry chef Erika makes it to her's business to entice you with her strudels, cakes and tortes, yeast dumplings, pancakes and other goodies.
We are sure: Life is much too short to pass on such goodies...
Panfried dishes
A wonderful and carefree day on top of the mountain may be completed by a gorgeous lunch especially made by our chef himself. Fillet of beef steak with pepper sauce, Wiener Schnitzel of veal, Cordon Bleu of turkey or fillet of pork on a mushroom sauce... there is something for everybodies taste.

Experience a wonderful evening on top of the mountain in a romantic atmosphere.
Our chef creates an appealing 4-courses-menu starting with an appetiser. You will get a selection of hors d'oeuvres, a soup, the choice between two main courses and you will finish this evening with a choice of goodies from the dessert buffet of our pastry chef. The Hahnenkamm cable car will bring you back to the valley, comfortable and safe, while you can enjoy a gorgeous view over Kitzbühel by night.
